The Lost Firebreather pt2 (spoilers)

Welcome back dragon fans, to the second part of our coverage of The Lost Firebreather by D.M. Gilmore.  A reminder that because we covered a review copy, we released the first half last week in tandem with the official public release of the book, and so put off the spoiler half until you all have had a fair chance to read it, to be fair and respectful to the author.
